Avant Garde is renowned for their abstract street dance style, based on the foundations of Hip Hop and Contemporary.
Each week you will learn a new routine of this style and also get a chance to express yourself and show off your own skills in whatever style you like.
Class is a way to improve as a dancer and to be noticed by the company.

Whether you’re an enthusiastic beginner developing your skills or a professional dancer, we have a range of levels and classes to best meet your needs. DYNAMIC BODY INTENSIVE
8 – 12 JULY
The Dynamic Body Intensive is an exceptional opportunity to explore Rudolf Laban’s principles and practice, focussing on the dynamic qualities and rhythms of the expressive body. We welcome people from all backgrounds and disciplines aged 18+, you may be a dancer, actor or teacher, theatre director or movement facilitator.
The course is led by dance specialists in Choreological Studies from Trinity Laban’s Faculty including Valerie Preston-Dunlop, Rosemary Brandt, Melanie Clarke, Ali Curtis-Jones and Olga Masleinnikova.
This course will allow you to gain knowledge which could enable you to pursue the Specialist Diploma in Choreological Studies: Contemporary Developments in Rudolf Laban’s Principles and Practice.

Film acting is distinct from the discipline of acting on-stage or in a live production. DEE CANNON is one of the most sought-after acting / dialogue coaches in the world.
In 1993 Dee was invited to teach and direct at RADA where she has been the main senior acting teacher for seventeen years and has directed over 25 plays there.
Dee Cannon has run scene study workshops at the Actor’s Centre in London and gives master classes in LA, New York, Stockholm, Berlin, Gothenberg, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and the Philippines.
Dee also finds time to coach for film, TV, theatre and pop videos. Among many others, she has coached Jon Voight, Matthew Modine and Courtney Love. She has also worked with numerous actors from the RSC and Royal National Theatre. Her work as an acting coach was featured in Channel 4′s award winning series Faking It and Joe Millionaire UK.
